Thanks for visiting my website - I very much appreciate your interest. I've lived in this beautiful part of the Carolinas for over 24 years and sold real estate here for the past 23 years. I have been a nationally recognized leader in the industry for the last 16 years with total sales well in excess of $190 million and hundreds of satisfied customers I am pleased to count as friends.
I have recieved many many national awards. The ones I am probably proudest of are being in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and being a member of the Chairmans Club.
I have a BS in Business and Marketing from the University of Texas at Dallas. I am also a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) and an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) having attended special training classes in real estate. I'm proud to be affiliated with RE/MAX, the largest and most successful real estate franchise in the world and I'd love to put RE/MAX and my expertise to work for you - no matter how modest or extravagant your tastes may be.
I work out of the Calabash, NC Office of 'RE/MAX at the Beach', just a few hundred yards from the South Carolina line. I am a licensed broker in both North and South Carolina and belong to the Multiple Listing System (MLS) in both local Boards. I am happy to list and sell property in both states.
