My name is Bonnie Black. I am a regional and national RE/MAX top producer and a member of the sales team of RE/MAX at the BEACH. My office is located in Calabash, NC and I am licensed in both North and South Carolina. For me personally, selling real estate has always been much more than showing property and guiding customers through the intricacies of the closing process. Real estate transactions are seldom as simple as that. Invariably, all sorts of challenges arise prior to and during closing. It may be as simple as finding a prospective out-of-town buyer local accomodation for a visit during our high vacation season or as complex as negotiating the purchase of land from multiple owners. Resourcefulness, problem-solving and dedication to the assignment are major assets in my business and ones in which I take personal pride. Creativity is another. Recently, I launched my 'Bonnie's Truck' campaign (see News Articles). As the ad says, it's available to any of my buyers or sellers who need some way to move stuff - in or out - before or after closing.

It's been a great success so far - and it's available to you too at that critical time when we do business together. Call it 'going the extra mile' - it's a pretty good metaphor for the way I like to do business!
